INTRODUCTION
A. Disciples, “Who sinned, his man or his parents, that he was born blind?”
1. We are accustomed to finding fault and assigning blame
2. Dysfunctional families
3. Generational Curse versus Generational Conditioning
B. Perhaps, Jesus desires that we see a different, bigger picture
C. Perhaps, Jesus desires that we see a God-sized picture
TRAGEDY
A. The man was born blind
B. The man sat and begged for a living
C. The man has to defend Jesus
D. The man is thrown out of the temple
TRIUMPH
A. Born blind for God’s works to be revealed
B. God permits certain things to happen to us to reveal that He is working
C. Spit based ointment
D. God works in unconventional ways in our lives
E. Jesus does not need defending (v. 25)
F. Do not defend Jesus, live Jesus
G. Jesus heard, and found him
H. Jesus hears and knows where you are
