A. We are made of dirt…

1. “The Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground” (Gen 2:7)

a. Dust = loose earth, clay

b. Ground = Adhamah = ground, earth. [Note: Adam = Adham]

2. “In the sweat of your face you shall eat bread till you return to the ground, For out of it you were taken; for dust you are, and to dust you shall return.” (Gen 3:19)

B. Elements in the human body

1. 99% of the body is made up of 6 elements

2. Oxygen, Carbon, Hydrogen, Nitrogen, Calcium, Phosphorus

C. Elements in dirt

1. Dirt has the same 6 primary elements as the human body in different proportions

2. Oxygen, Carbon, Hydrogen, Nitrogen, Calcium, Phosphorus

D. Value of elements in the human body

1. Between $5.00 and $160.00

2. The value of the human body is not in the elements alone
