TEXT: MATTHEW 26:20-30

INTRODUCTION

1. I called on us to Sacrifice, Prioritize and Commit to Jesus
2. Jesus sacrificed, Prioritized and Committed for me
3. It is therefore necessary for us to deal with our distractions and follow Jesus

SACRIFICE

1. “One of you is going to betray Me”
   1. One who is eating with Me
   2. One whose hand is on the table with Me
   3. One who dips his hand with Me in the bowl
2. Jesus is still doing it for me…
3. Am I doing it for others?

PRIORITIZING

1. “Each one said to Him, ‘Lord, is it I’”
   1. They questioned among themselves
   2. Judas asked, “Rabbi, is it I?”
   3. Jesus said, You have said it.”
2. Jesus is still doing it for me…
3. Am I doing it for others?

COMMITMENT

1. Jesus is going to go – just as it is written
   1. Soldiers – Matthew 26:47-54
   2. The Sanhedrin Council – Mark 14:55-60
   3. Pilate – John 19:10, 11
   4. Herod – Luke 23:6-12
2. Jesus is still doing it for me…
3. Am I doing it for others?

THE SECRET

1. John 13:3
   1. Jesus know that the Father had given Him authority
   2. Jesus knew that He had come from God
   3. Jesus knew that He was going to God
2. What do you know?

CHALLENGE FOR THE WEEK: THAT I WILL DO SOMETHING SPECIFIC AND INTENTIONAL FOR SOMEONE ELSE
