TITLE: I Thank God for the Jesus in You
Introduction:
● Jesus in Me loves the Jesus in You
Point One – As People of God We Clothe Ourselves Differently (v.12)
● We belong to God
● We are Clothed in Compassion, Kindness, Humility, Gentleness, and Patience
● Do You Have the Right Clothes On?
Point Two – As People of God We Must Behave in Forgiveness (v.13-14)
● Be Tolerant of One Another
● Forgive One Another
● Always Add Love
● You are forgiven so forgive others!
Point Three – As People of God, We Must Let the Peace of Christ
Lead Us (v.15-17)
● Let Peace Guide Your Decisions
● Peace Brings Us Closer together as One Body
● Whatever we say or do should be done in the name of Jesus
Look back over the last week of your life and ask yourself, “With everything I said and did this week, did I do it in the name of the Lord Jesus? Did the Jesus in Me show up this week in word and in deed?”
