TEXT: JEREMIAH 31:1-6
INTRODUCTION
A. Do I really know what love is?
B. For many, ‘Love’ is actually ‘Like’
C. Everything that God has done is for us – to sustain a relationship with us
GOD GOT ME THROUGH
A. When I survived the sword
B. I found grace in the wilderness
C. When God came to give me rest
D. It was God who got me through…
BECAUSE GOD LOVES ME
A. God, “Yes, I have loved you with an everlasting love.”
B. God, “Therefore with lovingkindness I have drawn you [to Myself]
C. I do not know why God loves me so much
D. How do I respond to God’s love?
THEREFORE, GOD PROMISES
A. Again, I will build you, and you shall be built
B. Again, you shall take your tambourines and go out in the dances of those who rejoice.
C. Again, you shall plant vineyards and enjoy eating the fruit
D. There will be a day when they will cry out, “Arise, and let us go up to Zion,
To the Lord our God”
