CONSIDER IT ALL. CONCENTRATE ON THE GOOD

INTRODUCTION

A. Living life inserting commas versus periods

B. The importance of the conjunction after the comma

C. I take Worry off of the table

D. I place Prayer (with Thanksgiving) on the table

E. Then, I receive God’s Peace to guard my heart (How I feel) and my mind (What I think)

FINALLY,

A. Finally, brothers and sisters, Meditate on the things that are

1. The word “Meditate” means “careful reflection” and deals with reality

2. I can meditate [carefully reflect] on the reality because I am not worrying

3. I can meditate [carefully reflect] on the reality because I am praying (with thanksgiving)

4. I can meditate [carefully reflect] on the reality because the peace of God is guarding my heart (How I feel) and guarding my mind (What I think)

B. True [True versus False]

C. Noble [Honorable versus Dishonorable]

D. Just (Righteous) [Acceptable to God versus Unacceptable to God]

E. Pure (Clean) [Clean versus Unclean]

F. Lovely [Pleasant and Satisfactory versus Unpleasant and Unsatisfactory]

G. Of Good Report [Commendable versus Condemnable]

H. If (Since) there is Virtue (Virtue = Valor) [Strength, Wealth and Excellence versus Weakness, Poverty and Mediocrity]

I. If (Since) there are things Worthy of Praise [Worthy of Praise versus Worthy of Shame
