DEACONS AND TRUSTEES

DEACONS AND TRUSTEES

For the Month of October, we are asking you to be in prayerful meditation regarding persons to serve the church as Deacons and Trustees. During the Month of November, we will receive the recommendations that God has revealed to you from your time of prayer.

TRUSTEES

Trustees are also called to be servants, as well as stewards. Since the position of Trustee is not a Biblical Office, there are no Biblical qualifications provided. However, we believe that the Biblical Qualifications and the Pilgrim Rest Qualifications used to select Deacons, should be the same qualifications used to select Trustees.

PILGRIM REST QUALIFICATIONS

  • Willing to submit to leadership
  • Willing to regularly attend Worship, Bible Study, Sunday School and Prayer
