The Institute will be facilitated by Dr. William H. Hardy, retired Professor of Philosophy at Tennessee State University. He earned his doctoral degree at Drew University and is an Ordained Elder in the African Episcopal Church. The entire congregation is invited, and all church leaders and teachers are required to attend. Read more 9:00 AM: THE MIXON INSTITUTE March 28, 2026 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM The Leroy B. Mixon Institute will be held on Saturday, March 28th. The Institute will be facilitated by Dr. William H. Hardy, retired Professor of Philosophy at Tennessee State University. He earned his doctoral degree at Drew University and is an Ordained Elder in the African Episcopal Church. His Book, How Africans Shaped Biblical History: The Descendants of Ham , focuses on a historical background for an African-centered perspective in the Hebrew and Greek Scriptures.
