The women of Pilgrim Rest will lead service on the 3rd Sunday. All women interested in singing. Please see Sis. Tunicha Allen after service for the music.

We will be restarting our Health Ministry, led by Sister Linda Pitts. As we begin if you have a medical background, please notify Sister Pitts or the church office. As emergencies happen, we would like to be able to assist as much as possible. So, we have an emergency information form that we would like everyone to complete. All information will be kept confidential. The forms will be in the bulletin for a few weeks. The complete forms can be placed in the clear box in the Foyer.

The Youth Department will have an additional meeting on February 7th at 12pm to continue preparing for the Black History Month Program. Youth, parents, and volunteers are invited to attend the Youth Department meetings every 3rd Saturday of the month at 12pm to participate in youth activities and learn about the Youth Department. Text or call (515-554-2416) Sam Alexander to learn more about the Youth Department or participate in the Black History Month Program.

On Saturday, February 14th we will hold Teachers Meeting at 9am, our Quarterly Leadership Meeting on at 1030am (all members are welcome to attend, and the meeting is mandatory for all members serving in a leadership capacity) and Church Meeting at 12pm. We invite all members to join us as we seek your input and discuss the forward movement of the church.

Children's church is every 3rd Sunday of the month. Children 12 and under can go to the fellowship hall basement after Sunday School for children's church at 9:15am. Children will return before service is completed. The next service is on February 15th. Thank you!

Attention Church Family. Our new electronic giving platform, Zeffy, is ready for use. Going forward, please transition your giving from Givelify and PayPal to our new app which can be found on our website, www.pilgrimrestmilwaukee.org. Zeffy is completely secure and 100% of all contributions will go directly to the church.  During this ramp up period, the church will continue to cover the fees charged on PayPal and Givelify. Starting on April 1st, all users who continue to use these platforms will personally pay the service charges associated with usage. Please do your part to help the church and give through Zeffy, by check or cash to ensure that we are being good stewards of the resources God has blessed us with. Please see Sister Connie Dallas, Brother Ranell Washington or Deacon Robert LaGrant with any questions.

Love fellowship? Enjoy helping things come together? Our Events Ministry is growing, and we’re looking for members (youth & seasoned) to help make church events welcoming, joyful, and well-organized. From planning and setup to hospitality and cleanup, there are many ways to get involved—no experience required! If you're interested, please reach out to our Ministry Leaders: Sis. Claudia Reid or Sis. Connie Dallas or stop in during one of our meetings. The next meeting is on 03/09/2026 at 5:30pm in person. Come be part of the team that helps create moments of connection!

In 2027, PRMBC will celebrate 75 years of ministry, fellowship, and faith—and we want you to be part of it! The Events Ministry is forming a 75th Anniversary Sub-Committee to help plan events and activities that honor where we’ve been and celebrate where God is leading us next. We’re looking for members (youth & seasoned) with a passion for planning, creativity, organization, history, communications, or simply a desire to serve.
