HAPPY BLACK HISTORY MONTH!
ANNOUNCEMENTS:
• Save the Date! PRMBC goes RED on Sunday, February 9, 2025, in honor of National Wear Red Day created by the American Heart Association. This is done to raise awareness about heart disease, which is a leading cause of death in women in the United States. To show support, the Events Ministry is asking everyone to wear RED or wear the Red Dress Pin (if you have it).
• If you did not see your loved one or friends’ name on the prayer list, it’s because we are starting over for the new year. To request prayer, call the office, fill out a prayer request slip (place it in the offering basket) or mention their name at Bible Study prayer request time.
• Once again, the students from Howard University will be here in Milwaukee for their ASB (Alternate Spring Break) working in the community. They will be here March 1-8, 2025. Pilgrim Rest has agreed to help them out, by providing lunches, dinners and snacks. If you are interested in helping with this project, call the church office. We need your help.
• 2024 Statements: If you need a copy of your Contribution Statement, please sign up on the sheets provided at either entrance.
COMMUNITY ANNOUNCEMENTS:
• Home to Stay- Reentry Resource and Job Fair - Held monthly: February 5th, March 5th , April 2nd, May 7th , June 4th , August 6th , September 3rd , October 1st , November 5th , and December 3rd at 324 West North Avenue from 12pm-2pm.
• End of Life Workshop to be held jointly with Tabernacle Baptist Church on Saturday, March 1, 2025.
