We will be restarting our Health Ministry, led by Sister Linda Pitts. As we begin if you have a medical background, please notify Sister Pitts or the church office. As emergencies happen, we would like to be able to assist as much as possible. So, we have an emergency information form that we would like everyone to complete. All information will be kept confidential. The forms will be in the bulletin for a few weeks. The completed forms can be placed in the clear box in the Foyer.

The Youth Department is preparing for the Black History Month Program. Please attend the Youth Department meetings every 3rd Saturday of the month to learn more. The next two meetings are on January 17th and February 21st at 12:00pm Text or call (515-554-2416) Sam Alexander to learn more about the Youth Department or participate in the Black History Month Program.

Children's Church is every 3rd Sunday of the month. Children 12 and under can go to the fellowship hall basement after Sunday School for children's church at 9:15am. Children will return before service is completed. The next two services are on January 18th and February 15th. Thank you!

Attention Church Family. Our new electronic giving platform, Zeffy, is ready for use. Going forward, please transition your giving from Givelify and PayPal to our new app which can be found on our website, www.pilgrimrestmilwaukee.org. Zeffy is completely secure and 100% of all contributions will go directly to the church. During this ramp up period, the church will continue to cover the fees charged on PayPal and Givelify. Starting on April 1st, all users who continue to use these platforms will personally pay the service charges associated with usage. Please do your part to help the church and give through Zeffy, by check or cash to ensure that we are being good stewards of the resources God has blessed us with. After service on Sunday, January 25th, please join "Pastor D" in the Fellowship Hall as she celebrates her FIRST birthday with Pilgrim Rest! The Events Ministry will be providing a sweet treat.

Attention All Men: Pilgrim Rest will serve as a Host Site for the 2026 No Regrets Conference on Saturday, February 7, 2026. The No Regrets Conference is sponsored by Elmbrook Church and is a men’s conference intended to help jump- start ministry to men in local church communities. It’s a one-day event that transforms men’s lives by empowering them to walk in loving, trusting obedience of Jesus Christ. Men will be encouraged to be who God created them to be and to walk in step with the Holy Spirit, moment by moment. The conference runs from 8am-1:30pm and all men of Pilgrim Rest are invited. Saturday, February 14th, we will hold a teachers meeting at 9am, our quarterly leadership meeting at 10:30am (all members are welcome to attend, and the meeting is mandatory for all members serving in a leadership capacity. Lastly, our church business meeting will be held at 12pm. We invite all members to join us as we seek your input and discuss the church's forward movement.
