GOD WAS SERIOUS
A. God saved the people out of the land of Egypt, and afterwards destroyed those
who did not believe
B. Angels who did not keep their proper domain, but left their own abode, are
reserved in everlasting chains in darkness for the great day of judgment
C. Sodom and Gomorrah indulged in sexual immorality, going after strange flesh,
and serve as examples by undergoing a punishment of eternal fire
GOD IS SERIOUS
A. Those who are against God
B. Have No Glory
1. Defile the flesh
2. Reject authority
3. Speak evil
C. Have No Majesty
1. Cain
2. Balaam
3. Korah
D. Have No Power
1. Spots in the love feast
2. Clouds without water
3. Late autumn trees without fruit
4. Twice dead, pulled up by roots
5. Raging waves, foaming up on shore
6. Wandering stars for whom is reserved the blackness of darkness forever
E. Have No Authority
1. God will execute judgement upon and convict the ungodly
2. They are grumblers, complainers, lusters, mouthers, flatterers
