ANNOUNCEMENTS:
- On next Sunday, July 19th, we are planning on a dedicated time for the entire congregation to learn about the practices of our church. Please join us for our General Assembly during the Church School hour at 8am where we will discuss the structure of the church and how we operate for the building of God’s Kingdom!
- Attention All Men: Please join us at 10:30am on Saturday, July 18th to help us get the equipment to Sherman Park for our Annual Praise in the Park. We will meet on our parking lot and caravan over to the picnic area. Please see Deacons John Reid or Robert LaGrant with any questions. Saturday, July 18th Pilgrim Rest Praise in the Park! 12 pm at Sherman Park, 3000 W. Sherman Blvd., Area #2. Enter on Sherman Blvd or Chambers Street side.
- Children's church is every 3rd Sunday of the month, July 19th. Children 12 and under can go to the fellowship hall basement after Sunday School for children's church at 9:15am. Children will return before service is completed. If you have questions, please contact Youth Department Director Sam Alexander (515-554-2416).
- VBS -July 20-24, 6pm nightly. Please fill out the registration form that will be at each entrance. Please place forms in offering basket. If anyone would like to teach or volunteer at Vacation Bible School, please see Connie Dallas, Samantha Alexander, or Mary Euell.
- Save The Date: Our next Quarterly Leadership and Church Meetings will be held on Saturday, August 8th instead of August 1st. We will share more as we get close to that date.
- Summertime in Milwaukee is here. The church is looking to proactively help our most vulnerable populations with air conditioning support this summer. Please see a Deacon if you or anyone you know, who is in need of assistance.
