- The Health Ministry will be doing complimentary Blood Pressure Checks every 1st Sunday. The blood pressure checks will be done in the adjacent choir room location. Let us help you keep tabs on your blood pressure.
- Pilgrim Rest MBC is excited to invite you to our Church Anniversary Celebration on Saturday, May 16, 2026, at 2:00PM! This is a great time for us to come together and rejoice in God’s faithfulness, grace, and the many blessings He has poured out on our church family throughout the last 74 years. Please come to fellowship, eat and learn a bit about PR's rich history. Sign-up sheets are at both entrances of the Sanctuary. - MEN! Please don’t forget to attend the Men’s Breakfast Fellowship. The next one will be on Saturday, June 13th at 9:00 am. We have guest speakers lined up to speak to you, so let’s come out and be present.
- Children's church is every 3rd Sunday of the month. Children 12 and under can go to the fellowship hall basement after Sunday School for children's church at 9:15am. Children will return before service is completed. The May 16th youth fellowship is cancelled. The next fellowship will be June 20th.
- Join our new church walking group! We’re excited to launch a church walking group—a great way to enjoy God’s creation, get some fresh air, and connect with one another in fellowship while enjoying different parks across Milwaukee County. Our first walk will take place at Kletzsch Park in Glendale, WI on 06/06/26. We will meet in Area 8 for a warmup at 7:30am and will begin walking at 8:00am. Whether you’re looking for gentle exercise, meaningful conversation, or simply time outdoors, we’d love for you to join us. Feel free to invite friends and family! Please wear any PRMBC shirt, comfortable walking shoes, and bring water. We hope to see you there as we take steps together in faith and community! If you can't make it on 06/06/26, we will be at the following parks each Saturday in June: 06/13/26: Hart Park in Wauwatosa; 06/20/26: Shorewood Nature Park in Shorewood; 06/27/26: Schlitz Audubon Nature Center in Bayside. - The Pilgrim Rest Health Ministry will sponsor a session on Alzheimer on Saturday, May 30 from 10am – 1pm. If you are currently a caregiver for a family member or friend who has Alzheimer and would like to participate on a panel, please see Sister Linda Pitts. Invite friends and family members to come out and receive information regarding this disease. Also sign up at either entrance.
- In 2027, PRMBC will celebrate 75 years of ministry, fellowship, and faith—and we want you to be part of it! The Events Ministry is forming a 75th Anniversary Sub-Committee to help plan events and activities that honor where we’ve been and celebrate where God is leading us next. We’re looking for members (youth & seasoned) with a passion for planning, creativity, organization, history, communications, or simply a desire to serve.
